When will my order be delivered?

Standard delivery costs £3.95 and is sent 2nd class, please allow up to 5 working days.

Next working day delivery costs £5.95. Orders will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm.

Why do you charge shipping?

Shipping charges cover NSPCC costs of picking, packing and delivery meaning that the money from your purchase goes towards funding the NSPCC’s vital services for children.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

We would love to try and help you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Supporter Care Team, via shop@nspcc.org.uk or call on 0207 825 2505.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We are very sorry, we do not currently deliver to addresses outside of the UK.

How do I return my order?

Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. To return the product, use the returns label provided, please note this is not a pre-paid service. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage. If you require a new returns label, please contact shop@nspcc.org.uk.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 30 days of you returning your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to return a product, please use the returns label on the dispatch note provided.
