All orders over £30 will be offered free standard delivery.
£3.95 for standard delivery (please allow 5 working days)
£5.95 for next working day delivery. Orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive next working day. Please factor in weekends and bank holidays if you want to use this premium service
Shipping charges cover NSPCC costs of picking, packing and delivery.

We do not currently deliver to addresses outside of the UK. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us at shop@nspcc.org.uk.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days from receipt of order.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to return a product, please use the returns label on the Despatch note provided.
Returns
If you have changed your mind:
Please return the products to us within 14 days of you receiving the order, using the returns label provided. Please obtain proof of postage. If you require a new returns label, or have a question about your order, please contact shop@nspcc.org.uk.
Refunds
You will receive a refund within 30 days of you returning your order.
